The street-level detail on this site — which renovations were done properly, why one block trades differently from the next, what a tear-down buyer will pay for a given lot — comes out of the daily work of these practices. Where a page describes that work, the firm doing it is named and linked once, in the body of the text, so a reader who wants the practitioner rather than the article can leave immediately. Nothing here is presented as an advertisement, because it is not written like one.
